Federal government covers 100% of the costs of OEE projects

The Federal Ministry of Economics is now funding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affected by the corona crisis. In this context, oee.ai has put together a project package to increase plant productivity in manufacturing companies, which is being funded 100%.

SMEs affected by the corona crisis can apply for a subsidy of 100% of the invoiced project costs for OEE optimization. This subsidy is paid directly to us as the implementing company — the bureaucracy is minimal. All external project costs are covered.

What requirements does the manufacturing company have to meet?

• Employment of less than 250 people
• Annual turnover of not more than €50 million or a balance sheet total of not more than €43 million

The thresholds relate to the last annual financial statements carried out.

As a manufacturing company, what do you get in return?

• Training and advice to increase plant productivity
• Using oee.ai to evaluate your OEE and OEE losses in real time for 2 of your systems over a period of 2 months
• Final workshop and presentation of results with a suggestion for further action

All project steps can also be carried out via video conference.

What do you have to contribute as a manufacturing company:

• A project manager to coordinate activities
• 2 pilot plants

The sensors and tablets are installed on the pilot systems without the need for intervention in or control of your systems.
