Your journey starts here with oee.ai — clearly structured and focused on your success. The proof-of-value phase lasts two months and shows you exactly what the system is doing — with your data.

Preparation & kick-off
Even before the system is up and running for you, we start with clear advance information and a kick-off call that gets everyone involved on board. In a short installation workshop, we coordinate the technical framework. That way, everyone is well prepared.

Installation & training
The system is connected and installed. This is followed immediately by compact system training, practical, user-oriented and immediately implementable. Your employees are closely supported in this process.

System Ramp-up & Data Validation
Here we go: The system is being filled with life. We collect initial data, check the quality and optimize the inputs together. We are there every week and go through the key figures together with the team.

Active work with the system
You will be working with oee.ai in real operation for the full two months. Feedback flows directly, the interface is tailored to your needs, and insights become tangible. The data speaks for itself.

Ongoing conversations
We are taking stock of the system approval process. In a joint regulatory vote, we present concrete findings and potential. The conclusion is the POV conclusion, which makes it clear that this system is changing something.
And then?
The successful PoV is followed by a seamless transition to the follow-up contract — with a system that is not only installed but integrated.
