Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
You guide our customers from their first proof of value into day-to-day operation, and take their requirements straight to the developers.
Location: Aachen, Bismarckstraße. Hybrid, with two to three office days a week and a few more while you are getting up to speed.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively managing existing accounts through regular check-ins and direct coordination regarding feature requests. Working closely with the development team to drive continuous improvements.
- Guiding new customers through Proof of Value (PoV) and ramp-up phases, including training and implementation support.
- Creating and maintaining best practices, tutorials, and guides to ensure customers get the maximum value out of our software.
- Identifying upselling opportunities and collaborating closely with the sales team to further develop customer relationships.
- Optimizing and evolving the Customer Success department by continuously improving processes and strategies.
Your profile
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a role involving operational customer contact (experience in managing enterprise clients is a plus).
- Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering).
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor in direct customer interactions, as well as excellent proficiency in German and English.
- Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Passion for production topics and digital solutions.
