‍2. Hosting: Our website is hosted on our own servers. We use Webflow solely as a design and website builder tool. The exported code is deployed on our own infrastructure. When you visit our website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

‍3. Newsletter – Beehiiv: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be transmitted to and stored by Beehiiv (ESS Group, Inc., USA). Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any newsletter.
