Shift planning, refined

July

2026

Shift planning without misunderstandings

A small but helpful refinement: shifts that are already running or lie in the past are no longer shown as editable in shift planning. This was never actually possible – the interface now simply makes it clear. Fewer questions, cleaner shift management.

From practice, for practice

This refinement goes back to a hint from a customer – that's exactly how many of our improvements come about. Notice something that could be clearer, faster or simpler?

Past feature updates

We are also constantly improving.

More flexibility and a better user experience

March

2026

Subsequent planning of production times

Periods can be excluded from production planning retrospectively. In this way, incorrect or irrelevant times can be corrected and the database for evaluations and OEE calculations can be improved in the long term.

Widget improvements

The readability and usability of existing widgets have been further optimized. Information is now more clearly structured and can be captured more quickly.

Saru — improved chatbot

Saru now delivers noticeably more precise results and is able to process data significantly better. Answers are more relevant and provide even more targeted support in everyday working life.

Slovak for Tablets

The tablet interface is now also available in Slovak.

More Reliable Product Switching

The product switching button is now guaranteed to display correctly, and its translation has also been improved.

Faster Performance on Tablets

Extensive optimizations ensure faster loading and more stable operation on tablets.

Advanced metrics and better system integration

MOBF as a new key figure in KPI and traffic light widgets

The MOBF (Mean Output Between Failures) is available as a new key figure. It makes it possible to calculate the average actual output between two defined loss events — output-based triggers for activity reminders can thus be set more precisely.

Andon widget for target/actual personnel deployment

A new Andon widget makes the planned and actual deployment of employees per production order transparent — right on the line.

Tablet button to connect third-party systems

A new button on the tablet makes it easy to transfer information to third-party systems. For example, recorded FAUF times can be automatically transferred to SAP via an MQTT interface and reported back.

Extensions for loss reasons and activity reminders

New filter option in the loss base catalog

Additional filters are available in the loss base catalog. Loss reasons can be filtered by start of loss or by tags. This makes it much easier to search for, check and update existing catalogues — especially with extensive or established structures.

New trigger for activity reminders: product change

Activity reminders can now also be triggered when a product is changed. If a specific activity is to be carried out whenever the product is changed on a system, it can now be configured directly and easily. Typical applications include set-up tests, cleaning or quality checks when changing products.
