Secure Login with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Account access is now even better protected: with the new multi-factor authentication, logging in requires a second factor in addition to the password. This keeps the account secure even if a password ever falls into the wrong hands. An important step that aligns seamlessly with our ISO 27001 commitment.
Speak instead of type: Comments via AI Transcription
Comments can now simply be spoken and are automatically transcribed – allowing for quick documentation directly on the line, without needing a keyboard.
No Loss Without a Comment
It is now possible to require a comment once a loss exceeds a defined duration — for more complete documentation.
Security & Maintenance
In June, we also had an external penetration test conducted and are continuously working on further security improvements.

Machine status widget with focus on tagged loss reasons
September
2025
Tagged loss reasons immediately visible
In a production environment, every minute counts when a machine is at a standstill. As soon as a tagged loss reason is active, the affected machine is shown darker in the overview and highlighted by a pulsating signal between other downtimes. In this way, operating technology and maintenance personnel can see at a glance where they are needed — this reduces response times and ensures more efficient troubleshooting.
1-click button for predefined production quantities

Quick data collection at manual workstations
Manual workstations require easy and fast data collection — particularly in standardized assembly processes. Predefined production quantities can now be entered with just one click, without any manual input. This saves time, prevents errors and makes work significantly easier for operators. Especially in manual assembly production, this ensures greater efficiency and consistency.

Advanced algorithm for loss time check
Until now, there has only been a query when the defined loss time has been exceeded. Additional inquiries can now be made within an adjustable time interval — until the loss is over. As a result, unfinished losses are identified more quickly, misunderstandings are avoided and data quality increases significantly. This ensures more precise analysis and less rework.

Location tree improvements
Details of the location tree have been adjusted — for easier readability. This will help you find your way around even faster.
New back button on the tablet
When manually changing reasons for loss on the tablet, there is now a practical back button. This saves time and makes operation more convenient.
