Shift planning without misunderstandings
A small but helpful refinement: shifts that are already running or lie in the past are no longer shown as editable in shift planning. This was never actually possible – the interface now simply makes it clear. Fewer questions, cleaner shift management.

Target value line in bar chart

Direct target/actual comparison in a bar chart
From now on, a target value line can be displayed in the bar chart. This directly compares actual and target values — deviations from defined target values can be identified at a glance. The target value is manually stored in the widget setup and displayed as a static line across all bars. The line is contrasted in color and is clearly identifiable in the legend.

From now on, all KPIs can also be displayed as a line in the bar chart. This makes it even easier to compare and visualize trends and developments.
Quick overview with a double click
A double click on the top level now automatically turns all sub-locations on or off. This saves clicks and ensures a clear, concise structure.
New navigation bar in Andons
Andons now have a handy navigation bar — so you can easily jump back and forth or pause the display. This allows you to keep track of things even when the views change.
Machine status widget with focus on tagged loss reasons

Tagged loss reasons immediately visible
In a production environment, every minute counts when a machine is at a standstill. As soon as a tagged loss reason is active, the affected machine is shown darker in the overview and highlighted by a pulsating signal between other downtimes. In this way, operating technology and maintenance personnel can see at a glance where they are needed — this reduces response times and ensures more efficient troubleshooting.

Manual workstations require easy and fast data collection — particularly in standardized assembly processes. Predefined production quantities can now be entered with just one click, without any manual input. This saves time, prevents errors and makes work significantly easier for operators. Especially in manual assembly production, this ensures greater efficiency and consistency.
