Secure Login with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Account access is now even better protected: with the new multi-factor authentication, logging in requires a second factor in addition to the password. This keeps the account secure even if a password ever falls into the wrong hands. An important step that aligns seamlessly with our ISO 27001 commitment.
Speak instead of type: Comments via AI Transcription
Comments can now simply be spoken and are automatically transcribed – allowing for quick documentation directly on the line, without needing a keyboard.
No Loss Without a Comment
It is now possible to require a comment once a loss exceeds a defined duration — for more complete documentation.
Security & Maintenance
In June, we also had an external penetration test conducted and are continuously working on further security improvements.

SOPs and OPLs documents on the tablet
May
2025
Important documents right on the line
In many production environments, important documents such as standard operating procedures or one-point lessons are crucial to ensure consistent quality and defined standards. With Documents, this content is now directly and digitally available on the tablet — exactly where it is needed. Whether training documents or work instructions — all relevant documents are available to operating personnel at any time. No more outdated printouts, no more searching for the right folder.
Guide search and Webex notifications

New search function in the guide
There is now a practical search function in the guide — this allows you to find specific keywords and read content more quickly. By the way: We always keep the guide up to date — it's worth taking a regular look.
Webex notifications
Notifications can now be received not only via email or SMS, but also directly in Webex Workspaces. In this way, you are even more seamlessly informed about what is happening in production — without detours.
Loss time check, location tree, and other improvements
March
2025
Loss time check available for all reasons
The loss time verification algorithm can now be activated for all loss reasons. In this way, it is possible to define in a standardized manner after which period of time it will be asked again whether the selected reason still applies.
Location tree can now be folded and sorted
The location tree on the left can now be folded in and out using the small check mark in the menu bar. In addition to alphanumeric sorting, a user-defined order of attachments and levels can now also be defined.
Scrap can now also be measured in kilograms
Scrap can now be entered not only in pieces but also in kilograms. This makes it easier for plant operators to enter realistic values — without rethinking.
Table widget stores column width
The table widget now remembers the selected column width — so that everything stays exactly as you need it.
Activity reminder

2025
Automatic reminders for maintenance and quality tasks
Maintenance and quality tasks must be carried out by plant operators at regular intervals, depending on machine status or production volume. With the new reminder function, these tasks can now be automatically displayed on the tablet. The goal: to ensure standardized processes and avoid manual reminders by shift management. Depending on requirements, various triggers can be set — e.g. shift start/end, the first/last shift of the week, or after a specific production quantity.
